Complex components, high amount of pollutants, high COD, low ratio of BOD5 and CODcr and large fluctuations, poor biodegradability, many refractory substances, strong toxicity, intermittent discharge, large fluctuations in water quality and pollutants, etc. Governance has brought great difficulties.
