Professor Huang Xia is mainly engaged in research in the fields of sewage resource utilization, membrane technology, bioelectrochemical technology, etc., winner of the National Outstanding Youth Fund, Distinguished Professor of the Ministry of Education, Jiang Scholars, Senior Fellow of the International Water Association and Chairman of the Membrane Technology Committee. He is currently the director of the State Key Laboratory of Environmental Simulation and Pollution Control, the director of the Academic Committee of the Environmental College of Tsinghua University, and the director of the Institute of Water Environment Protection of the School of Environment. In March 2017, Netsource Technology cooperated with Wanhua Chemical and Institute of Process Engineering of Chinese Academy of Sciences to cooperate with the demonstration application project of PTFE hollow fiber membrane MBR process in typical chemical wastewater treatment. At present, the project has been installed and commissioned and put into use. Designed to compare the performance of PTFE hollow fiber membranes with imported PVDF hollow fiber membrane products under the same and enhanced operating conditions, according to the actual operational data, through the hollow fiber membrane MBR integration process of PTFE and PVDF in typical chemical industry. Data analysis and evaluation in wastewater treatment, establish efficient integrated configuration standards and operating procedures, and carry out demonstration promotion and application in the industry to create value for more industrial enterprises.
