In order to promote the high-quality development of China's membrane industry, the Seminar on Application and Life Cycle of High Performance PTFE-PPTA Hollow Fiber Membrane was successfully held in Sinochemical High Performance Fiber Materials Co., LTD on June 26th. Before the meeting, the participants visited the Sinochem high fiber factory, the digital exhibition hall and the DCS central control room. Song Subin accompanied Academician Gao Cong at 堦 to observe and inspect the aramid production line and the PTFE-PPTA film recycling line with an investment of 180 million yuan. High performance green manufacturing and resource recycling of membrane products are the direction of sustainable development and innovation of membrane industry. The discharge of solid waste after the end of the life of water treatment film has always been a pain point plaguing the development of the entire industry. At present, Jingyuan Technology, as the first enterprise in the water treatment film industry in China to obtain carbon label certification, has successfully broken through the recycling technology of water treatment film in conjunction with Sinofiber to achieve the full life cycle management of high-performance polytetrafluoroethylene hollow fiber film.

Subsequently, academician Gao Cong of the Chinese Academy of Engineering 堦 made a report on the Status Quo and Prospect of film Industry at Home and abroad. Academician Gao pointed out that China's separation membrane technology and industry have made great progress over the years, while there is still a gap with foreign levels. The industrial application of high performance PTFE-PPTA hollow fiber membrane has made up the gap in the domestic high performance organic ultrafiltration membrane market, and the green preparation technology of high performance organic ultrafiltration membrane in China has reached the world's leading level. At the same time, it is expected that through this forum, multi-field industry collaboration will be promoted to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of the domestic film industry.




Xue Lixin, chief scientist of Jingyuan Technology and deputy director of Zhejiang Membrane Separation and Water Treatment Collaborative Innovation Center, explained the innovation, advantages, application cases and future collaborative goals of high-performance PTFE-PPTA hollow fiber membranes at the meeting. At the end of the meeting, Yu Hongtao, general manager of high-performance Materials Division of Sinochemical International (Holdings) Co., LTD., believed that the high strength, long life and green manufacturing and recycling advantages of PTFE-PPTA hollow fiber membrane can not be replaced by other water treatment ultrafiltration membranes in the industry.
