Project Description: This project is a waste treatment plant in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, which treats 180m3/d landfill leachate and discharges it. The treated water meets the national landfill leachate discharge standard.

Introduction to the project process:

The landfill leachate enters the regulation tank to adjust the water quality and water volume evenly. Then enter the ammonia stripping tower, high ammonia nitrogen landfill leachate, a more economical and effective method is the stripping method. Moreover, after the leachate is blown off by ammonia, not only a large amount of free ammonia is removed, but also some phenol, cyanide, sulfide and other non-biochemical, biochemically inhibiting, highly toxic volatile substances are removed. Subsequent biochemical treatment is more advantageous. UASB and high-efficiency aerobic can effectively remove organic pollutants such as CAD, and metabolize aerobic bacteria in aerobic tanks for aerobic treatment, oxidative decomposition of water pollutants into CO2 and H2O, and complete the removal of organic matter. The treated water flows into the MBR membrane pool to improve the biochemical effect. The CFP series immersion (curtain) membrane separation module independently developed by our company (Net Source Membrane Technology Co., Ltd.) is used to filter the wastewater. Because of its effective interception effect, microorganisms with a long generation period can be retained, and deep purification of sewage can be realized, and the UF system can ensure the water supply for the operation of the RO. After the treatment of RO, the water is up to standard.
